North Carolina-- It's here! The new healthier Happy Meals at McDonalds.
Since last July, the restaurant said a change was coming to its Happy Meals and they have arrived at North Carolina McDonald's.
Starting Wednesday, Happy Meals will now include a burger or McNuggets choice, a drink, which can be fat-free chocolate milk or 1% low fat white milk. Also included for sides will be apple slices or smaller container of french fries.
