Ground Turkey and Sausage Chili Recipe

Serves 4
Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground turkey
½ cup medium diced andouille sausage
½ cup medium diced red onion
½ cup medium diced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons Spice Delight Barbecue Rub
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 cups crushed tomatoes
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 cup pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups chicken stock

Method

1- In a large pot over medium high heat add the first 8 ingredients.
2- Sauté for 5 minutes until turkey is well done.
3-Add remaining ingredients and simmer with lid on for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.

Cheese Points Recipe
Serves 4-6

Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method
1-Preheat oven to broil.
2-Cut bread length wise.
3-Spread butter and sprinkle cheese on evenly on both sides of bread.
4-Place bread on cookie sheet pan and broil on medium rack until cheese melts.
5- Cut and serve with chili.
