Napa Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded fine
½ cup grated carrots
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
Dressing
2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Method
1. Place cabbage, carrots, parsley and bell pepper in a medium size bowl; toss to mix.
2. Place mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard in a small size bowl; whisk until smooth.
3. Add desired amount of dressing to coat the salad, tossing to coat salad.
