Pan Fried Peaches over Pancakes
Serves 2

Ingredients
2 peaches pitted and cut into 8 chunks
¼ cup turbinado sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 buttermilk pancakes (Fresh Market Brand)
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
2 whole fresh strawberries quartered
Whip cream for garnish

Method
1. Places peaches in medium size bowl.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle mixture over peaches mixing well so that peaches are well coated.
3. Heat skillet over medium high heat.
4. Add butter and peach mixture together, and then cook for 10 minutes until peaches are a caramel color; stirring occasionally.
5. Assemble by placing pancakes on plate.
6. Top with peaches and whip cream.
7. Finish off by garnishing with pecans and fresh strawberries.
