Winston-Salem, NC -- Police in Winston-Salem are investigating the death of 36 year-old Clarence Joseph Hart found dead inside his home.
Officers were conducting a welfare check on Hart, Friday around 12:21pm, when they found him shot to death. Nurses who made routine visits to Hart's Talcott Avenue house called police when Hart failed to answer the door.
Investigators said Hart was handicap and used a wheelchair to get around.
