Nashville, TN -- A federal appeals court has told Roger Miller's widow that she doesn't own the rights to some of his biggest hits. Songs like "King of the Road," "Dang Me," and "You Can't Roller Skate in a Buffalo Herd." The decision struck down a lower court ruling that was in Mary Miller's favor. She's been fighting Sony/ATV Music Publishing for years over the royalties. Her husband died in 1992.
